Shipping Policies

 All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight® - the absolute best way to ship live animals. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your FedEx tracking number. Someone must be available at the time of delivery. Most shipments will arrive on or before 10:30 am.  Some rural areas have a delivery commitment time of 12:30 or as late as 4:30 pm, please email us if you have any questions.  Next day air shipments are not “guaranteed” to arrive on time.  No refunds or credits will be given for shipping under any circumstances!Note: Shipping is to billing address ONLY unless other arrangements are made via email. Shipments are made with heavy duty bags to prevent leaks, Styrofoam boxes with cardboard shells, with heat or cold packs depending on environmental conditions.UPS ships next day Monday through Thursday.  We do not offer or recommend Saturday shipping.  If your order is late for Saturday delivery, you will not receive the corals until Monday. There is a higher rate of late shipments for Saturday delivery. If you place an order and then ask to cancel it, you will be refunded your order amount LESS the 4% CC/Paypal processing fee that we are charged(processors do not refund this 4% under any circumstances).

$0–$150.00,$60. $151.00–$250.00,$50. $251.00– $350.00,$40. $351.00-$450.00,$30. $451.00 – and up free.     

Wisconsin, Flat rate of $25 with a $150 minimum order. You may pickup at our shop in Ridgeway, WI. Please contact us to schedule your pickup. Livestock shipping dates must be scheduled, we do not ship anything unscheduled.  You will receive a tracking number via email the evening before your shipment arrival.  In the event of inclement weather or any shipping liability, please be aware that we are not liable for shipping delays to your busy schedule. We highly encourage you to take delivery via your local UPS facility.  You can request to have it shipped “hold at location” and it will be held at an office for pickup at your convenience.  We will do our best to keep you updated and aware of any possible shipping problems. Occasionally a coral will need to be cut upon ordering, and need time to heal after being cut, so please allow 2-7 days after ordering to ship. We will call or email to arrange shipping 24 to 48 hours after orders are placed. Please include requested ship dates in your order notes, and we will do our best to work with you.  Don’t hesitate to call to discuss ship dates and the status of your order. All orders must ship within 2 weeks of order date. If you cannot accept a delivery during that time please contact us! At your request, your order can be cancelled and refunded(less 4%) anytime during the shipping window of 2 weeks. You will receive a tracking # email from UPS confirming your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email by the night before your order is to ship, please call or email us to confirm the shipment date. We have close to a 99% success rate when shipping corals with our packing techniques!  If for some reason your order (or an individual coral) does not survive the trip you will receive a credit towards another order via a gift certificate, we do not issue refunds.  If you place an order and then ask to cancel it, you will be refunded your order amount LESS the 4% CC/Paypal processing fee that we are charged(processors do not refund this 4% under any circumstances).  You must notify us via email of DOA corals within 2 hours of delivery! Do not throw away any corals, as we may ask you to provide photos of the corals.  This credit will be valid for 6 months. There is no refund on shipping charges under any circumstances. All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reefing experience.  We are not responsible for errors in acclimation,  please ask if you are unsure, we are here to help!  In some cases your credit may depend on pictures of the expired coral, or we may request coral skeletons be sent back to us.  Charge backs for the shipment including shipping without contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud.  We can only ship to the billing address and to the cardholder. Please note we do not ship right before and during major holidays. The risk to live coral shipments is simply too high, due to the increases in overnight shipping at these times. If in the unfortunate event that you have a D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) coral upon opening your box, please send us an email with a photo within 2hrs of delivery confirmation by carrier. After receiving the photos, we will advise what to do with the DOAs, do not discard until instructed. If DOAs are confirmed by us and photos sent within 2hrs we will issue a store credit or refund for the DOA coral. Often, we are able to replace the DOAs with the same or similar items. Failure to notify us within the 2hr time period will void any refunds or credit.

  • All coral orders must have video of the unopened box being cut open and the unopened bag showing the DOA coral.
  • We are not responsible for DOAs due to carrier delay.
  • No refunds of shipping charges will be issued.
  • If we are unable to replace your DOA with a comparable item, we will credit your account for the full purchase price of the item as a credit on our website.
  • Please ASK any questions about our DOA policy before ordering.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason we deem suspicious, fraudulent, or any number other reasons not listed here.
